Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee inform committee of the state property that since November 20 come into force of change of the legislation on rent questions the state property. President of the Republic Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed the Decree No. 138 by which the order of use of property and determination of the size of a rent at its delivery in rent is corrected. The decree concerns not only the state property, but also property of joint-stock companies from shares of the state in authorized capitals over 50%.
