Court softened a measure of restraint accused of fraud to the Novosibirsk official

Regional court of Novosibirskoye softened a measure of restraint from house arrest on a ban of certain actions to the former head Suzun district Lilia Nekrasov – the woman appears in criminal case about fraud, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS" with reference to the lawyer of the ex-official Starostenko Eugenie. The same measure of restraint is chosen to her husband Starostenko Eugenie. Both are forbidden to leave a residence at night and to communicate with witnesses on criminal case.
