The world day of the child is proclaimed General Assembly of United Nations in 1954. On November 20, 1959 the General Assembly adopted the Declaration of the rights of the child. According to the decision of the Governmental commission on questions of implementation of the Federal law "About the free legal aids to Russian Federation" since 2013 in subjects Russian Federation annually is dated for this date carrying out the All-Russian action "Day Legal Aids to Children".
