Mass media: court to France issued the warrant on arrest Bashar Assad

French court signed permission to arrest of the president Syrie Bashar Assad who is accused of use of the chemical weapon in 2013. Information on it appeared on a Civil Rights Defenders human rights organization site. Four warrants on arrest are at present issued. Besides Assad charges are brought against his brother, the commander of Republican guard Syrie Makher Asad.
