The Italian federation of the fishing sports (Fipsas) which has acted as the organizer of the championship on fishing in Mantua, did not hear about escape of the Ukrainian athlete Bilan Arthur, allegedly decided not to return home because of conscription, the coordinator of federation Durante Barbara declared Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti".
