The governor Valery Limarenko visited a platform where inhabitants Dolinsk district are trained within the regional project "Be ready! ". Here islanders learn to render the first medical help, to pass an obstacle course, to handle the weapon, to operate UAVs and to conduct a ground support action. A week course was completed already by 220 people, reported in the press service of Government of Sakhalin region.
