"To Russian Federation more strict acts (in comparison with international) a legal regime of non-use of the death penalty", – marked out the deputy minister of justice Russian Federation Andrey Loginov during performance at meeting of Council of United Nations on human rights in Geneva. He noted that the position of the Constitutional vessels actually forbids to Russian Federation cancellation of the moratorium on the death penalty. "Therefore possibility of return to application of the death penalty to Russian Federation is actually excluded", – emphasized with the deputy head of Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
