Housing prices to Bulgaria grew by 10,7%

Photo: Wikimedia according to National statistical institutes Bulgaria, inhabited real estate in the country rose in price in the second quarter 2023 for 4,3% in comparison with the first and for 10,7% of rather similar period of the 2022nd. The greatest growth is registered in Varna (%2B7,9%), further follow Plovdiv (%2B6,8 to %) and Sofia (%2B4,9 to %). Decrease is recorded in the cities of Stara Zagora (-2.2%) and Burgas (-1.1%).
