To Kursk Region the woman fined for not removal of toning about cars

Ponyri district district court Kursk region appointed a penalty to the 26-year-old inhabitant Zolotuhino district for disobedience to the requirement of the police officer about removal of toning about cars. In September the woman operating Automobil Lada of Prior, was stopped by the staff of traffic polices. To it issued the written requirement to remove toning till September 12. In October the woman was stopped again, thus toning was not removed.
