District court of the Barda district of the Perm Territory pronounced a sentence to the earlier repeatedly judged 34-year-old inhabitant of the village Bryuzli. He is found guilty of commission of the crimes provided by h. 2 and 3 Art. 158 "Theft", p.1 Art. 166 "An illegal taking car or other vehicle without the plunder purpose ", p.1 Art. 264.1 "Management the vehicle in a state of intoxication the person subjected to administrative punishment" Federal law of the Russian Federation of 13 June 1996 No. 63-FZ "On the Enforcement of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation".
