Regional court of Tomsk commented on criminal case of judges Bazhilin Vitaly

Judge Bazhilin Vitaly from Tomsk Region was condemned by Regional court of Novosibirskoye under the article "Receiving Bribe". He was accused of receiving bribes from the head of the commercial organization as the prosecutor, and then and as judge Molchanovo district district court Tomsk region. The legal investigation was transferred to Novosibirsk Region at the initiative of the management Regional court of Tomsk with the purpose to provide objectivity of consideration of the case concerning the colleague.
