The Russian vessels can receive a priority when exporting freights from seaports

To Russian Federation want to establish priority use of vessels under the Russian flag for export of freights from country seaports. The relevant bill State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted in the first reading. As the deputy minister specified transports Dmitry Zverev, the bill was developed at the request of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
