From 22 applicants for participation in by-election in Council of deputies of the Novosibirsk city, passed a promotion stage, as of November 7 14 candidates are registered. In registration eight people were refused. Registration it is refused to both applicants from Novosibirsk office of Russian United Democratic Party "Yabloko" — to Novikov Maxime (moved forward in the district No. 49) and to Kopylov Petr (planned to stand on the district No. 40). — The reason of not registration Novikov Maxime — insufficient number of collected signatures of voters.
