Vladimir Putin declared that United States of America conceived change of elite in Ukraine

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin declared that United States of America conceived change of political and economic elite in Ukraine because of problems with corruption. He made the corresponding statement at a meeting with new structure Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, transfers Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". As the Russian leader noted, such corruptions as in Ukraine, is not present anywhere in the world. According to him, in Ukraine everything has the price — even a voice in the Supreme court, in the Constitutional court.
