Deputies State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan at the 48th meeting accepted the document on modification of Art. 4 of the law RT "On Regulation of Single Questions in the field of the Treatment of Animals in RT". So, powers of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on organization of events in the sphere of the treatment of homeless animals will be expanded.
