The Yaroslavl voters will be able to estimate import substitution in elective process. Today registration for test remote electronic vote started. Submission of demands for Portal gosudarstvennykh uslug will take place till November 13, and the test voting days from November 15 to November 17. The new digital platform was developed Election commission of Tsentralny of the Russian Federation together with MINISTRY TSIFROVOGO RAZVITIYA.
