District court of the Ishim district of the Tyumen region considered a civil case in claim Alla G. to the former spouse about compensation of moral harm for an insult by phone. The man was found guilty according to p.1 Art. 5.61 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences "By an insult, that is humiliation of honor and dignity of other person, expressed of an indecent form".
