In Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation proposed to establish term in two years for foreigners who are married to Russians, for obtaining permission to temporary residence in the country out of a governmental quota. The bill is already prepared. About it writes Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" with reference to the deputy head of defensive committee of SF, the author of the document Youri Konstantinovich Valyaev.
