In Svetlogorsk Kaliningrad Region the International scientific and practical forum "Crimes of nazis against humanity finishes work: history and present". Within a forum passed four plenary sessions with participation of heads of the federal ministries and the departments working in implementation of the Without Limitation Period project. Also more than 20 working sessions in which more than 170 historians, archivists, investigators, prosecutors and other experts of the project acted took place.
