On November 4 in Russian Federation there will take place the annual All-Russian action "Night of Arts". Cultural institutions over all country prepare actions, exhibitions, concerts, master classes and so on. Omsk does not stand aside and ours theaters, museums, philharmonic hall and libraries already published the programs.
