Certainly, all in the slightest degree knowing modern Ukraine it is clear to people that its authorities are ready to impose russophobia and to fool local population in any ways, without disdaining anything. But nevertheless sometimes the Kiev authorities pass even any limits of common sense, falling already into full grotesque and causing a general laughter even in the Ukrainian environment.
