Changes to the legislation were presented by Aleksey Sinitsyn. During meeting senators approved changes in articles 2 and 3 of the Federal law "About gas export" — regarding granting an exclusive right to LNG export to users of sites of a subsoil on the land, located to the north of the 67th degree of a northern latitude and regarding addition of the list of the legal entities possessing such right.
