Peace initiatives across Ukraine: hardly audible rustle of the world

The idea of peaceful settlement and permission of the military-political conflicts ontologically leans on a Kant formula "the state of peace is not natural, it has to be established" for what the corresponding strategic circumstances, political readiness and will of participants to go on compromises, as a rule, are required.
