12 young residents of Stary Oskol got a grant of the governor

Certificates on 5 thousand rubles monthly within academic year to them were handed over by Vyacheslav Gladkov on October 23. Mentors of children will get a single award of 50 thousand rubles. To only Belgorod Region the governor's grant this year was got by 50 children – winners and winners of various creative festivals and competitions.
