While inhabitants of the private sector of the Artemovsky city district try to deal with mass shutdowns of electricity, inhabitants of the residential district Patroclos in Vladivostok deal with interruptions in water supply, reports news agency of Russian information agency "Deyta.ru". The problem arose on October 5 when in housing estates the water pressure strongly weakened, in places giving of a municipal resource stopped at all.
