The claimant, JSC Construction Finance Corporation <2> "Sibstroy" , demands to collect 51 191 053,27 rub. The reason of debts is not specified. Information on adoption of the statement to consideration and date of the next meeting is absent. In October of last year "SIBSTROY" too demanded bankruptcies "Bovi" because of a debt of 8 190 807,02 rub. Then court refused satisfaction of requirements of the claimant.
