Int Paper EMEA will reduce 900 workplaces and optimizes production

Moscow. October 18. information agency "Interfaks" - Int Paper EMEA Co. announced a series of measures for optimization of a production system which will lead about 900 workplaces to reduction. Company intends to close the enterprise for cardboard release in State of Texas and to stop part of capacities of two plants on production of cellulose to United States of America. Company will write off about $664 million in connection with the declared measures that will be reflected in its reportings for the fourth quarter.
