At meeting of board of Public health department of the Lipetsk region personnel shifts in this sphere were discussed on October 17. So, the acting head of managements is appointed Golikov Alexander. His deputies – Makarova Anna (the chief physician of policlinics No. 2 Lipetsk) and Lilia Samoshina (the chief physician of Dobrinky TsRB).
