In Saratov Region prosecutor's office achieved return to municipal property land plots more than 109 hectares

Prosecutor's office Arkadak district Saratov region carried out an inspection of execution of requirements of the land legislation. It is established that in 2022 between administration of the Arkadaksky municipal area and the natural person contract rents land plots more than 109 hectares is signed with a type of allowed use for maintaining personal subsidiary farm.
