PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE KHASAVYURT DISTRICT approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the local accused on p.1 Art. 264 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (violation of the rules traffics, the causing which has entailed on imprudence of heavy harm to health of the person). According to the investigators, the man, operating car, carried out maneuver of the left turn at the adjustable intersection and allowed collision with another moving in the counter direction car which had advantage in movement.
