On the Southern Kuriles reestablished communication

Government of Sakhalin region together with communications operator PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSTELECOM" in a short time eliminated consequences of the accident connected with damage of an underwater fiber-optical cable between Iturup and Kunashir. Rendering services communications on the Southern Kuriles is restored according to the temporary scheme. - As a result of the accurate and coordinated actions of the government and communications operators in the night of 11 till October 12 rendering services was succeeded to restore communications kurilchanam according to the temporary scheme, using the escaped veins of a cable.
