On future peak. The neutron community strives for openness

Modern development physics of the condensed state and sciences about materials is impossible without use of the sinkhrotronny and neutron radiations, giving the chance to glance deeply inside substances at atomic level. These thin tools are necessary both for fundamental opening, and for the solution of mass of practical tasks not only in materials science, but also in medicine, agriculture, other spheres. The USSR, Russian Federation in this area long time were at the advanced boundaries in the world, but then for the known reasons there came recession: stopped and inertly proceeded begun already in 1976...
