Trolleybuses: development infrastructures and plans in Krasnoyarsk, Novorossiysk, Chita and Penza

In the Russian regions in October continue to realize plans for development trolleybus infrastructure. In Krasnoyarsk started restoration of the depot which has stopped operation of trolleybuses five years ago because of service Winter University games.
