The governor Kaliningrad Region Anton Alikhanov urged to begin in advance a heating season in the territory of some municipalities Kaliningrad Region. The early beginning of a heating season will mention Pioneer, Soviet, Neman, Slavsky municipalities and Kaliningrad. At operational meeting of Government of Kaliningrad region the deputy minister of constructions and Household management company Ludmila Piltikhina told that in other districts a heating season plan to begin according to a temperature calendar – on October 16.
