Unauthorized connection to the gas pipeline led to freedom restriction

Prosecutor's office Urus-Martan district held the state charge on criminal case concerning Ruslan A. accused on p.1 Art. 215.3 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (unauthorized connection to the gas pipeline, made by the person subjected to administrative punishment for similar act).
