That occurred Scientists from Czech Republic found out that climatic crisis will lead to deterioration of taste of the European beer, and also to growth of its cost. Researchers analysed an average annual crop of hop to Germany, Czech Republic and Slovenia for the periods from 1971 to 1994 and from 1995 to 2018. 90% of productions are the share of these countries hop. It appeared that in comparison with the 1994th period of maturing of a plant it was displaced for 20 days, production was reduced on the average by 0,2 tons from hectare a year, and the content of alpha acids (impact to beer its characteristic relish and a smell) — fell to 0,6%.
