Arbitration court RT nullified the solution of meeting of creditors of Urussinsky chemical plant

Today Arbitration court RT considered claim about recognition invalid solutions of meeting of creditors JSC "Urussinsky chemical works" (UHZ). Claim was submitted by company "Alvister" which possesses the enterprise. As told business e-newspaper "Business Online", in October, 2022 in AS RT Company "Partizan" with the requirement to collect from plant nearly 300 million rubles addressed. It was the only creditor of the enterprise who at meeting decided to appoint on May 10 interim managers, and then and competitive Shogenov Alime.
