JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BANK "RAZVITIE-STOLITSA" raised rates on a mortgage and consumer credit on any purposes on the security real estates. Now to issue a mortgage on acquisition real estates or consumer credit on the security of available real estates it is possible in bank to new clients on a rate of 14,5-19% (before 14–18%) annual in the sum from 4 million rubles for a period of six months till 20 years.
