Yevropeyskaya commission approved acquisition of the Hungarian Dunaferr by the company Liberty Steel

As reports Steel Times International, Yevropeyskaya commission approved acquisition of Liberty Steel and individual control over the Hungarian steelmaking company ISD Dunaferr and the supplier of ISD Kokszoló coke. This announcement was made in two weeks after Liberty Steel published plans for replacement of a blast furnace of the Dunaferr complex for EDP. In the last announcement of Liberty called the Chinese company CISDI Engineering Co. and Ministry of economic development of Hungary coauthors of the project.
