In 2022 the profit of the nonindustrial private woods Finland exceeded 2,22 million euros

According to Institutes natural resources Finland (Luke), in 2022 the operating profit in nonindustrial private forestry the countries decreased a little, but remained at high level. Lifting of the forest industry and the termination of import of wood from Russian Federation increased demand for domestic wood which was however reduced because of a long stop of works of the large consumer of wood at the beginning of a year.
