"CTPAHA.ua": in Ukraine plan to cancel concept of disability

The Minister of Health Ukraine Victor Kirillovich Lyashko declared that in the country since 2025 plan to cancel concept of disability, instead of it will enter the concept "assessment of loss of functionality". Information on it appeared in Telegram "CTPAHA.ua". According to the minister, the problem in Ukraine consists that citizens pursue disability because it gives privileges and compensations.
