The Chinese investors terminated the joint-stock agreement with Pirelli

The exact reasons yet are not reported the Chinese investors Sinochem Holdings COR Ltd and Silk Road Fund made the decision not to prolong the joint-stock agreement with Pirelli, reports information agency "Reuters" with reference to the statement of the Italian tire producer. Initially two companies, having 37-and 9 percent shares in Pirelli, signed the joint-stock agreement in 2020. Validity period expired the agreement on September 29, but investors did not begin to prolong it, reported in Pirelli without indication of the reason.
