Repeatedly judged inhabitant Urup district will appear before court for commission of attempt at murder

Prosecutor's office Urup district Karachay-Cherkess Republic directed to court criminal case concerning the 29-year-old local. He is accused on h. 3 Art. 30, p.1 Art. 105 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (attempt at murder). On the version of the investigation, on August 5, 2023 between the man and his acquaintance during drinking of alcoholic drinks there was the conflict which has developed into a fight. Therefore the suspect struck to the victim not less than 6 blows with a knife to various parts of a body.
