The educational center on a place of observatory Arecibo will begin work in 2024

On a place of the well-known observatory Arecibo to Puerto Rico next year the educational center can already open. However astronomical researches yet will not be among its tasks. National scientific fund (NSF) this week declared a choice of four establishments for managements a transitional stage of object, investing in the project 5,5 million dollars for the next five years.
