According to preliminary data Administration office of ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation on Tula region, on September 30 on Komsomolskaya Street as a result of the conflict which allegedly arose because of jealousy during drinking of strong drinks, the 34-year-old man was wounded in a stomach and a breast by firearms.
