Heads of the Village Councils to Novosibirsk Region illegally gave out themselves awards

To Novosibirsk Region heads two Village Councils in Kochki district illegally charged at once to themselves payments. The regional prosecutor's office reported about it. Heads of the Troitsk and Ermakovsky Village Councils self-willedally added to themselves about 30 thousand rubles. And they made decisions on awards individually, without approval of local COUNCIL OF DEPUTIES. As a result Prosecutor's office of the Kochki district of the Novosibirsk region through court with claim about unreasonable enrichment also collected the money earned by an illegal way from officials.
