Aleksey Nikolaevich Sipach became Dobrograd's head

On September 26 Aleksey Nikolaevich Sipach, the ex-minister of physical culture and sport Vladimir Region, entered a position of the head of the unique settlement – Dobrograda. In this settlement Kovrov district take place the region's first special economic zone "Dobrograd-1". In it 8 residents are already registered, is planned that 3 from them will start the productions this year, 2 more – on start of constructions, 3 – develop projects and tie them to the district.
