Akhtubinsk city межрайонный investigation department Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Astrakhan region finished investigation of criminal case concerning the 19-year-old guy who during drunk quarrel strangled the acquaintance and threw his body into a cesspool. According to department, in July, 2023 three men all night long drank alcohol in the house yard down the street East Sasykoli in the village Kharabali district. In the morning between accused and his 36-year-old acquaintance there was the conflict which has developed into a fight.
