In 2023 to Russian Federation there will be a personal grant of a name of the physicist of the academician Nicholas Basov. The resolution on its establishment and rules of appointment was signed by the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The annual grant of 20 thousand rubles will be monthly got by five graduate students-resident students FIAN where Basses worked more than 50 years. Scholars will select on a competitive basis.
