At the second congress of the small cities of the Nizhny Novgorod and Grodno areas

On September 21-23 the acting rector of the Nizhny Novgorod GAt, Dr.Econ.Sci., professor Vorotnikov Igor as a part of the Nizhny Novgorod delegation visited Grodno Region Belarus where passed the second congress of the small cities under the motto: "Strong regions – the strong Union". The first congress took place in Vache of Nizhny Novgorod Region in 2022 and experience was very successful. Residents of Nizhny Novgorod were interested by approaches in formation of the Belarusian legislative base, the practician of farming, development branches of culture and educations.
